“櫃檯的態度很差，我們想要early checkin平台上告知是要25塊，然後我也私訊飯店很多次了，但都回的很慢，之後到現場櫃檯說要50塊，也太扯，我們直接說不用了。最後check out的男生倒是蠻好的，有問必答。總統這個態度我下次不會想來，早餐倒是普通，每天都一樣。泳池超級小不推薦。前方停車要錢。”

“They offer breakfast in the morning and it probably had the most options we have ever had at a "free hotel breakfast". There was plenty of parking and the staff was very polite. There are a few fast food options around the property as well. We would definitely stay again.”

“Beautiful castle building, free coffee at the reception, staff are very friendly and helpful. They even offered me a ride to the train station when the next train was coming within half an hour. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay. ”
