“Good”

“An employee hotel key card was used to enter my room while there was a do not disturb sign on the door. The person ran. When I reported it to the front desk they said I made it up and that it was not possible while giving me the meanest rudest attitudes I've ever experienced on vacation. I had to call the cops. Safety and Security at a Marriott should not be a worry while you are on vacation. Nor should rude hotel management covering up for their staff. ”

“We stayed for 4 nights. The bed and room were clean and comfortable. The TV was nice and worked great with Netflix and other apps. Great air conditioning. The front desk agents were nice and easy to reach. Free parking was appreciated. Those are the only positives I can come up with. There isn't hot water in the showers. It gets like room temperature at best. I complained to the front desk but they just told me to let it run for a long time to see if it would get hot. It never did. They did……

“We stayed 3 nights. The room is smack in the midst of Old Sun Juan. So expect a lot of foot traffic and vehicles on packed streets. The room its self was very nice. The balcony was beautiful. It would probably be a house inspector nightmare. Things were crooked, towel holders would fall off, exposed wires (dead), the A/C leaked a huge puddle overnight but there was also heavy rain pour so maybe it was a leak. Yes it could get noisy but that’s to be expected. It was never a time I couldn’t get to……

“The place was completely unkept. I reserved a room with 2 double beds and of course the AC was broke, so they gave me a room with a King bed and a crappy 5 ft. Fouton. Drunks in the hallway yelling and playing loud music until 2 am. Told the kid at the front desk and turns out they were buddies, he did nothing. If I could give a negative star I would. Stay away from this dump.”

“Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.”

“The place was great - close to beach & restaurants. Quiet area and clean. Staff was nice - got back w me within mins. Property was very nice, renovated recently seems like. The hot water was warm, not hot. Comforts of a home away from home. The only issue was the noise throughout the day and night due to water being pumped up again and again. Lasted for about 1-2 mins then stop then a few more times throughout the night. Sounded like a loud garage door opening or closing. I would stay there……

“Rooms were nothing like pictures Water coming out of faucet was only a stream. Rust in and under sink Electric plugs all on back walls so no where to charge electrical items near the beds No clock in room. Furniture was one chair and it was all stained. Do not recommend this place to anyone ”
