"The hotel was built in 1958 and that’s how it felt, old dated, and beat up. The grounds were just okay. The pool area ok - nothing spectacular or special about the property really. The breakfast food at Caña was nice the lunch at the pool area below average. We paid $1,000 / night for ocean view room which was large but just sooo dated. The best part of the property was the gym which felt nice with good equipment but crowded most of the day. Overall, the feeling was that we totally overpaid for what we’ve received. Definitely not coming back."

"I had a great time in Puerto Rico! Bali Posh is a great hotel, however, I believe that they should offer a little more "posh" for the prices they charge. It's a little too understaffed to manage all the guests the way they should. The friendliness of the staff and the location make up for what the actual hotel lacks. That was my second time there. Might not be my last, but step your game up Bali lol."

"Resort is beautiful. We stayed at a Brisa Ocean View room and the room needs updated. The fan did not work, the lights. The view made up for the room. Have fun"

"Overall great stay. The room was very nice with an ocean view and comfortable bed. The pool area and beach access were convenient and quite nice. There were some issues that had me knock it down a star- our room’s mini fridge had food from the past guest still in it which grossed me out. The bathrooms near the pool outside were consistently dirty so much that I started going inside to the lobby bathroom instead. The worst part was that it was always hard to get good pool chairs. Most of the nice ones along the pool were reserved for paid rentals which mostly went unused all day. There are simply not enough regular use chairs and umbrellas for hotel guests them to be reserving a couple dozen chairs a shady spots for outsiders to come in and rent. They charge a hefty resort fee so chairs and umbrellas should be a given. I am pregnant and to not have a spot in the shade was a problem for me. The included breakfast was fine but it was the exact same every day, nothing mixed up at all, so it was really monotonous. That being said there’s not much in the area so it was convenient to have on site. The food at the beach bar restaurant was fine but incredibly overpriced — but you’re paying for the location! It was quiet and not crawling with spring breakers like the Condado are was, which was nice. You do have to uber pretty much everywhere from this hotel- which we didn’t mind because we wanted a quieter area! Easy airport access too."
