“There was very poor communication. Eye messaged about checking and didn’t get a response until right before check in. My entire stay they did not provide proper bath towels just small mat sized towels. They kept saying they weren’t ready. The customer service in general isn’t that great there’s no one to help with bags nor is the a gurney or anything to help with bags.
