“Hotel looks nothing like in pictures and was very dirty. The walls and all furniture were painted black with one dim lamp in the room. The floors, walls and entire bathroom was filthy. The hotel shuttle never showed up where they said they were meeting us as it states on their website. We waited for over 2 hours and finally took an uber. The staff were more interested in their phones than guests. They were always on their phone. Tv was not plugged in and mold on walls. The one we did like was……

However, the cleanliness inside the room was mediocre; the chairs were dusty, I spotted a cockroach in the bathroom, and there was no place to charge devices right next to the bed, which was quite inconvenient.”

Cushion on wall at one suitcase place fell off wall because screws were only going into drywall. On paper this hotel could check all the boxes, but it seemed a non-human designed it.
