The front desk staff were indifferent to my requests and unhelpful when I asked for changing the room. The breakfast buffet is so bad.”

“We stayed here two nights while attending a nearby church conference. Everything was fine, and we plan on staying here again in the future.”

“I visited this property on Sun., May 24th. Check-in is at 3PM but I arrived early. Worker at front desk told me there was no early check-in, which I understood. I came back at 2:50 thinking she could begin the check-in process. I was told to wait the additional 10 mins, which I did. When I got checked in and started putting my things away, I realized the worker had put me in a handicapped room so I went back downstairs to address it since I booked through Expedia and didnt reserve this type of……

“The room is nothing like listed in the picture(s). The walls and floors are dirty. There are holes in the wall under the cabinet, the microwave and cabinets are filthy. I went to the store to buy cleaning products in order to scrub the bathroom before using it. Electrical outlet was exposed; the iron didn't work and messed up my clothing. The only thing that worked well was the AC. Even the additional lock on the door was missing. I have pictures and will add if able to”
