“There was a pool, but it was dry. There was no water. There was no breakfast served of any kind just coffee and tea from what I understand. The room was very clean. The air conditioner worked very well and surprisingly, even though it was close to the interstate and there was a truckstop in the back it was very quiet and I didn’t have any problem sleeping. The staff were very, very nice. You can’t go into the office and check in. They have a little window when you walk to check-in, but even……

“The hotel is beautiful! Staff was very friendly. I was in Terrell for a funeral. Several family members booked rooms here. Everyone enjoyed breakfast. Buc-ees is in walking distance. Several restaurants in the area. I will stay here again.”

“Here are the reasons I would never recommend this hotel: 1st- I found a bug crawling in the bed after I was bit on my back. 2nd-the door cards were very difficult to use; 3rd-the elevator was not working: 4th- the toilet was running constantly, so my husband had to fix the flapper; 5th- the TV remote didn’t work. The desk attendant tried 4 remotes and none worked from the bed. I tried to get a refund for my stay but was denied. We left at approximately midnight when I found the bug in the bed.”

“Dead bolt did not work at all, swing lock was broken off, and there was no do not disturb sign. Almost as if the staff wants to be able to walk in on you, which they tried to do every morning. Very very frustrating and not at all okay. Breakfast was very poor and was not restocked often, but the waffle machine worked so was the only thing we took advantage of.”

“The hotel is taking reservations but is completely closed down. I had family staying in the same hotel and they booked through a different site and the site booked them a new hotel the week before our stay due to closure. When I called hotels.com and quality ins help line they both assured me it was open. We arrived to hotel to find the windows bored up and chains on the door. ”
