“Our tv had no remote. Luckily we discovered this before the front desk closed at 11. Went down, they said sorry there’s nothing they can do. Suggested universal remote app and said it would work cause tv and my phone are on same WiFi. This is incorrect, different WiFi’s. Couldn’t access or use tv and we were planning on watching several movies.”

“The AC unit was difficult to operate - otherwise, I found the facilities and the staff all quite satisfactory.”
