“So terrible i didnt even stay - paid for 2 rooms, person who had second room didnt have his drivers license and the desk clerk was so rude and unhelpful. Clerk also told the gentleman who checked in before me that check in was 3 pm but they dont guarantee your room will be ready you have to wait. She said they didnt have any clean sheets or towels so he would have to wait until they finished the room to check in. After hearing that and the horrific attitude i was given we left and booked at the……
