“A positive, the hotel is new and clean. However, the service wasn’t good at all. To start there was coffee but no cups. 1st night the room wasn’t cleaned and I had to request clean towels from the front desk. Please keep in mind there was no signage stating that rooms aren’t cleaned daily. Second day, room wasn’t cleaned and towels were needed. No one was available at the front desk. I called the number posted for after hours needs. I spoke with Carlos and he said that he would be there within……

“Outside of the rudeness of the older man at the front desk, it was a great stay! Would definitely stay again and just address the rudeness with management on site.”

“Staff was super nice and available 24/7. I’d come back just for the hospitality. The room seemed recently renovated but unfortunately with crappy ikea ish furniture - missing handles, broken cabinet doors, scratches on the floor, no full length mirror, only one mirror in the bathroom. The bathroom was clean which was lovely! No mold in sight. We had a 1 room suite and there is only an AC in the bedroom area so you have to leave the bedroom door open all the time and turn on the little fan to……

“Bed was comfy, rooms were clean and comfortable. Very nice studio rooms have a kitchen/electric stove top, never seen that before in a hotel!! Will definitely stay again if needed.”
