“Clean room was great, TV was difficult to get into English language. Having no person at the front desk from 11:00-11:00 made it difficult to find answers at times. The pool closed a too early in summer time. I wish it had been open longer as that is a main reason I stayed at Cerulean. Workers were friendly and kind. Thanks! Also, we were unable to get a receipt at checkout. We wanted one, so they said it would be emailed. It has not been emailed yet,”

“Of course, this property is rightly known for it's location a few minutes walk from Lithia Park and the Shakespeare Festival. The staff is friendly & the rooms are clean & comfortable. “Gave a 5 Star for the useful amenities. Because there’s a rad water slide that goes into the hotel pool! It’s fun! Fast but safe! Billy the Lifeguard is there to ensure you have a fun and safe time. He was great! The lobby is very clean. The hotel rooms are pretty basic. Bedding is basic. Expect budget hotel rooms. But for us, the slide to the pool and price made it an epic one night stay while traveling.”

“I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms……
