(Needed it badly at the time) Staff not only made comments about it as if I had clogged it but they took 40 minutes and three trips to the front to get us someone to unclog it. They ended up switching us to a different room altogether. Definitely something that housekeeping should have noticed beforehand but at least they moved us.”
