“Pool and restaurant closed for private event. No notification of this before checking in. Was told maid service was every other day-they came everyday—banging on door at 8am. Asked for a late check out I. Lieu of not getting to use pool/spa/restaurant but was turned down. Not too customer oriented. ”

“The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?”

“The floor of the room was gross, uncleaned and literally had a film on it that our shoes would slip on. Bathroom was dirty. Couch in the room looked like it has been there since the Nixon administration. Didnt bother complaining because we were only there for a local concert and were barely in the room but this is to let other ppl know. I dont even mind a bad hotel but this was 0 out of 5. ”

“Amenities are all high end did not need to use any, parking is the only inconvenience. Make sure to reserve parking ahead of time .”

“We were supposed to have a king and ended up with a full bed. The pillows were horrendous. Would not stay here again. Good things were the breakfast but we barely slept because of the bed and pillows. ”
