“I was put in a room all the way in the back when I walked in there was there insect in the room I went back to tell them she called someone the person spoke Spanish and said she didn’t see anything to just tell me they cleaned it but what they didn’t know is I spoke Spanish too so went back packed my suitcase and left the same day and was still charged for full stay ”

“Good value for your money…. BUT my hotel room was barely cleaned. Did not offer any complementary concessions for my extreme inconvenience. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they informed me that the room staff had went home for the night. I also retold front desk the next day, demanded the room to be clean when I did speak to a staff member the next day, they instructed that I should have been able to change rooms however still nothing done for my inconvenience. “The only issue that we had was being woken at 6:00in the morning by the sound of boxes being thrown on the floor. We had a room next to the kitchen pantry. Well it was truck delivery day and so while we were sleeping the staff was unloading breakfast supplies outside in the hallway. Make sure you ask for a room that is not close to the kitchen. ”
