“The hotel looks beautiful on the outside. We checked into our room and the minute I opened the room door all I could smell was mold/mildew. The window was painted shut. I went down to the desk and asked for a room with a window that opened, they had one available. The exterior of the window was covered in black mold/mildew. But the room didn't smell horrible. There were no bath towels provided in the room. Which I hadn't noticed until the morning when I was ready to shower. There was a nice……

“Electricity in our room was not working. The room was not checked before we checked in. We could not open bedroom windows to get fresh air, since bedroom was small and not fresh. There was a weird sound in the room like tık tik tik. İt was coming from the floor or wall woods. We could not understand the source but it was disturbing in the middle of the night. It was a small noice but disturbing in the silence of the night.”

“No hair dryer The downstairs bathroom doesn’t have ventilation. The balcony wasn’t clean Outside dust, dry leaves, many used cigarettes on ground.”

“The hotel was closed upon arrival and no one ever arrived. The windows were broken and there was an odor of cat urine and a dozen feral cats. We left since the hotel was closed and sought other accommodations. I will demand a full refund from Expedia and my credit card company. Filthy!”

“I love Massanutten, the fresh air the view of the mountains the closeness of the caverns and shenandoa parks, skyline drive is a great asset to such a great community. The resort itself is very clean, comfy and they have really thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. ”
