“The staff was super great. Very kind with ordering from local places. The room was very clean and as pictured. The pool was clean and relaxing, however the temperature was very cold. Breakfast was not as pictured, but still good.”

“I enjoyed the room darkening shades, room was clean AC was nice. The pool was down for maintenance. The exercise room, 2 bikes were broken, there was NO sanitizer bottles or wipes to wipe down the equipment, hand sanitizer was empty. The kitchen staff was very nice, but the microwave had not been cleaned in a while, reminds you of a college microwave.”

“Very clean facility”

“The property seemed to be outdated from the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised once we got inside. The place looks like the pictures online. When making the reservation, I requested a lower level and handicap accessible bathroom. When we checked in, we were placed on the 4th floor with a regular bathroom. The hotel was pretty empty and we were told no other room was available. Also the reservation stated breakfast was included, during check in we were advised there is a restaurant on……

“I picked those hotel due to the proximity to the airport and the advertised 24/7 shuttle. Early morning shuttle drop went great. When I returned on a Sunday around 10:45 am the hotel was unable to send someone then for a pickup. First I was told allow 30 minutes. That passed and then I called and was given the run around that shuttle go was out at another location. If that is an airport shuttle, it should be staffed and available for flight returns. 40 minutes passed as I sat with my kids……

“Friendly staff”

“This used to be much nicer with much more attentive staff. Staff we talked with, English is a second language. A bit difficult to understand The room furniture was well used, sofa bed showed lots of wear and tear. Bed was comfortable. We had an issue with their "room service". I would never order from them again. Overall, if you are just staying the night, might be worth the discounted price.”
