“Didn’t get past checkin either time. First reservation disappeared over night. The person I talked to by phone the evening before was good but when I checked before I left home, neither the person that I called that day could find the reservation. I went somewhere else. Had a call the day after asking why I didn’t show up for the stay. This attempt, the person at the desk when she came out told the person in front of me she could have called as she had told her. I had mentioned using the bell……

“I loved the courtyard outside and it was a comfortable place to spend the night for a concert about 15 minutes away. No issues. But definitely the courtyard was my favorite part of the hotel.”

“You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. It took us a literal 30 minutes to get into the room after 3 trips back and forth with problems with the key, until he finally switched our room to another one. It was also dirty. The breakfast area had broken tables (like the marble tops were chipped enough you’d scrape your arm on them) and cracked leather seats, and the back of the booth next to us had stuff caked all over it. Lesson……
