“Eva at the front desk isn't absolute Angel to work with she accommodated us with everything she could and went above and beyond with suggestions. The shuttle driver Mike offered to pick up my partner from the airport and have me ride with him even though we didn't shuttle from there when we originally flew out. Lisa in the palms bar and grill was also very attentive and very pleasant. Michaela at the front desk was also very accommodating and pleasant. We met no unpleasant people during our stay……

“Great location, staff, pricing, room. Public spaces were very tired. Elevators were similar to an old parking garage. Probably haven’t been serviced in 10 years.”

“The room and lobby was nice. The pool was too cold to swim in. The scrambled eggs were dry and they did not keep the coffee fresh or warm throughout the day. The staff were great though”

“The mattress was softer than it should be. When I checked in the staff was a bit surly. They put me in a room on the third floor with no elevator and I’m 65. I emailed in advance where I could get breakfast in the area and their recommendation made no sense and a Google search didn’t turn anything up. It’s a weird place and I don’t plan to return. ”
