“Great room, friendly staff”

“Everything was clean, but it didn't always look it because there were drops or chips of paint from the recent renovating, which maybe wasn't fully professionally done. The hatred parking was nice, as was the courtyard. The location was convenient, walking distance to a few shops/ restaurants and a quick bike to downtown or Mexicantown. It was a disappointment that there wasn't any way to heat up water for tea (no microwave, etc.) I could request hot water in my travel mug from the staff……

“While it was listed as a bagel bar, it was very subpar with luke-warm coffee. Our room, unfortunately smelled like mold and there was, in fact, mold in the shower. I will say, the staff was very nice which made the stay much better. Would look for another hotel in the surrounding area next time.”
