“We recently stayed at the Fairmont Hotel in Pecos while visiting from Dallas. The room itself was fine, but there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. On one morning, when we arrived to eat, they were completely out of eggs and sausage, there were no plates available, and I had to ask the staff to prepare fresh food. “Very interesting and unique way to stay in Marfa. It was very quiet and easy to get to. We loved the view out of the windows and felt it was remote enough for us to unwind. The wifi was a bit difficult but that was due to a lot of recent storms in the area. I had to reset the router and it is password protected unlike how the desk said it was unlocked. However the password for the regular wifi works on the specific containers router.”

“The property was clean and tastefully decorated. It was also well stocked with incidental toiletries to include toothbrush kits, although I did not need to use any of the supplies the host provided. I used one towel as a floor-mat and showered with my own towel, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I only had one very minor issue with a mechanical squeak coming from the A/C unit which I solved by turning off the oscillation function. I passed this info on to the host and I'm sure they will……
