“As I had found that this property was once owned by my 3X great granduncles I was fascinated by the history and walked in their footsteps. As I descended the original, narrow stairs with the low hand rails I imagined the original women in their high button shoes and hoop skirts more gracefully than me maneuvering them daily. It was a pleasant step back in time with it's antique atmosphere and original structure. It was my 48th wedding anniversary and staying at a family home made it even more……

“My friend and I were very happy with the cabin. It was beautiful and located in the forest. Huge windows allowed us to enjoy the beauty outside as well. I had a little trouble locating it and the owner offered to stay on the phone with me to point out directions. I recommend this cabin to others.”

“The amenities were great. Having a mini fridge and microwave in the unit meant that I did not have to eat every meal out. When the weather was bad, it was a great time to go to the indoor pool and hot tub or work out in the fitness center. There’s also the option of renting movies. I would definitely stay at Longhollow Point Inn again.”
