“Staff”

“The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”

“The Hilton Garden Inn in Gainesville is a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and courteous from the moment we walked through the door until we departed the following day. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again while traveling through Gainesville. ”
