"Appreciated the additional blankets but breakfast options were almost all gone/ looked stale. Also tried to do a late check out which was denied. I noticed the tub wouldn’t drain either during showers so assuming it was clogged probably wouldn’t stay here again."

"The room was in excellent condition, just a couple of things to point out, the fridge was noisy which they came out and exchanged it, I didn’t like having a room facing the freeway that was very noisy.they have more than one trash can in the rooms."

"We had planned to enjoy the jacuzzi but it was outdoors and too cold to be out. The dry sauna was also not enjoyed due to the door not shutting so, heat would escape. The hotel is under construction so, we were awakened at 8 AM with hammering noises. The cleaning staff outside of our door was loud."

"the price I liked, the location I did not, but I was told it was safe, so I continued with my check in. the desk personnel was great when I checked in!! He escorted me around the property to show me around and verify the security, offering assistance for anything I needed. i was on ground floor, a disability access room which I was most thankful did NOT smell like cigarettes!! a bit odd set up, the refrig made noise all night and had to turn it off but that did not really help, so turned it back on low. was glad for grab bars in bathtub but the minature height of shower was a bit odd. the chair was a help too. room was clean basically, not so sure about the floor in all spots. room temperature was adjustable, thankfully. bed was comfortable , cozy and pillows to melt into. overall I was glad to get some sleep before heading home in the morning. .and then seeing the gardenia flowers. the grounds need touch up, would make a huge difference in presentation. Needs a women's touch. lol Grateful in all things . a bit too far from where I was attending an event at Golden One .grateful for light food in am, being gluten free very limited, but an apple, egg and yogurt were ok. thank you for the rest I got . and it was quiet at night outside the room. Yes, parking was safe! yeah. And if I could I would have loved the bagel!! Big bonus which I didn't have time to engage with: In and out burger a breath away..I didn't feel it was ok to walk there late at night ;busy!!"
