"Excellent customer service and decor/ theme throughout the hotel. Microwave, fridge and kettle in the room with alternative milks e.g. oat available. Vending machine for convenience, as well as coffee shop, bar and in house restaurant. Complimentary bus pass from right outside to the Main Street shopping area. Great bathroom, including shower pressure. Literally the only negative was the very solid, uncomfortable pillows!"

"Hidden Ridge Resort was a nice tucked away property on top of the hill away from Banff core town centre which offered for more privacy. The amenities like the use of the pool area was nice & relaxing; also providing the bus tickets to ride for free into the town centre was a nice convenience to have if you didn’t want to drive & try to find and pay for packing. The only concern with our stay was that when we first entered to our suite, it had a strong stall air smell to the suite. It took...

The view from the room was breath taking. We were so happy we chose to stay in Canmore where it is less busy and a more relaxed environment."

"The hotel is right in the centre of Banff and everything you need is an easy walk. It's a really interesting building with log-style furnishings and decorations. Owned by the family who built it - early an influential settlers in Banff. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast buffet was simple but had everything we wanted. We would look forward to staying there again."

"Tunnel mountain resort was very nice. Our room had a bedroom with a queen bed, two beds up in loft and a pull out couch. Nice little eating area and porch. Walkable to Banff only about 20 minute walk. Only thing I did not like was stairs from parking area down to our room was a little steep with no railing. "

"Quick friendly check in. We had 2 vehicles as my wife was staying and I had to leave but they accommodated us perfectly Room was clean and comfortable with a nice shower Breakfast included. Very nice"
