“Beautiful resort. Room was very comfortable and clean. Ina took great care of our room. Restaurants and bars were fantastic. The ne concern we had was the water temperature of the shower. Very little cold water. The showers were always very warm to hot causing a lot of steam as there’s no ventilation in the bathroom. I would definitely recommend this resort!”

“We left pretty disappointed. This trip was for my wife’s 50th birthday, so I wanted a true resort experience. Unfortunately, it missed the mark. You are strictly paying for the beach location, not an updated, high-quality resort. ​The housekeeping/maintenance staff in the hallways were very pleasant, but the room itself was outdated and could have been much cleaner when we first arrived. Our balcony was on the side of the building, so our ocean view heavily featured a roof with construction work……

“Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay.”

“My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. ”
