“The first room I walked into was terrible. There were pieces of big ceiling paper peeling off right outside of bathroom. The shower head was filled with gunk. We booked for 4 person room and the hotel only have 3 person room. After I addressed the issue to the staff at the reception counter, my family and I were reassigned to other rooms. During our stay, the shower screen had gap at the base and water was leaking out. The room was getting clean up daily, but the towels were not. The tissue box……

“Malmaison Belfast was in a perfect location for us on a first trip to the city. Everywhere was walkable and we felt it was just enough away from the party noise of the town on a Friday night but still at the heart of everything. The member of staff who checked us in was extremely lovely and welcoming. Very friendly and helpful, as were the gentleman and young lady running breakfast. We loved the building itself and the bar and restaurant/breakfast room were beautiful and had so much character.……
