“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“I didn’t like the snack shop it didn’t have much snacks in there it only had a variety of drinks. Disabled people should automatically allowed to bring someone to the room with them and kids should be free. Instead of a restaurant you guys should build an indoor pool..”

“From the moment I stepped from my car, my stay was pleasant. The people at the valet were so sweet and helpful. The ladies at the check-in desk were absolutely wonderful. The housecleaning could not have been better. The shout though, goes to the restaurant service. While the food was not my cup of tea, it was fine - but the real shout out was to our bartender who overheard me say that the refrigerator didn't work.
