“Everything was good EXCEPT Wendy the check out lady this AM gave me that classic southern attitude of hey boy you got a dog. Hey boy your credit card declined when it clearly wasn’t. Why do people have to ruin a nice hotel stay especially when you’re having time and being polite. Meh.”

“The room was very dirty, no ac, fruit flies everywhere by the dozens, and two roaches found in the bathroom”

“Rooms were dirty with dirty floors. Everything looked neglected. Bathrooms were poorly equipped, rusty faucets, broken sinks, etc. Air/heat units were on the edge of going out, noisy and had to move rooms because one did not work.”

“Room floors wasn’t clean good. The bathroom needs updating. Tv didn’t work great”

“They need to have ice machines on each floor. Going down to the front desk is a very inconvenient. Big ice buckets also.”

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”
