Unfortunately there was a problem with firsty no hot water on the first morning and then water was a dribble from the taps and shower on the second morning recessed it was just an issue on the 5th floor. “The hotel is gorgeous! Our room was perfect, lots of space and mostly very clean. The only bit that wasn’t was the balcony so when we stepped onto that, as it was a beautiful Easter weekend we then put the dirt onto the carpet. “Pascal was excellent. We arrived slightly early but he welcomed us with canapes, glass of fizz and useful local information. Room had everything you need and anything missing they could provide.
