"Front desk staff didn't direct me where to go and how to get to my room which I think that is the first time in my 30 years of traveling lol. I expect more at a Hilton. Didn't realize breakfast cost extra, my bad for missing that detail. The blinds couldn't or wouldn't come down, horrible glare in my room all night. First room they gave me was not made up. She did apologize a few times."
