“The staff members we spoke to were lovely. The room was very clean and apart from having to ask for more milk sachets, we had no issue with the room. The beds were very comfortable and pillows were fantastically squidgy. The shower was easy to use but I did miss the provision of a bathrobe…however I do understand why these are not provided to guests anymore. The armchair, foot rest and cushions made the room very special, for me in particular. I enjoyed drinking tea whilst watching the Winter……
