"The hotel was very nice, clean ad quiet and very comfortable. The staff were exceptional and always helpful. Felt safe there and the pool area and hot tub were nice and fun to hang out at. i would definitely recommend this hotel for any visitors to Mexico City. "

"The staff was welcoming, warm and treated us like family. The gym was fantastic. The pool is wonderful to refresh after walking around or just to relax. At night, during the weekends, it does gets noisy (noise from the street, restaurants, club music), it’s not something that bothered us too much and I think it’s unavoidable in such a lively area but it’s location and price was pretty much unbeatable. The 24 hour room service was a life saver and our room a Jr Suite was extremely spacious and more than perfect! Overall, would definitely come back :) "
