"Excellent location. Clean rooms. Bar in the restaurant closed a bit early, like 11 pm, the bartender turning on lights like in a nightclub or something. But, given the proximity to the city that was no problem. Message was clear: go somewhere else to have a drink or two."

They said they were sending someone up the next day, but nothing happened. When I eventually had one of the people from the front desk come up and smell it so she understood for sure, she apologized, brought some bathroom spray and ticket for 2 drinks at the bar. She said she would have someone check it out the next day,...
