“I had to call an after hours phone number to get my access code because they didn’t send the email over I was told to wait for. I was sent to the main lobby of the resort by the guard shack to be told at the lobby that my information was not in there system since Expedia uses a outside rental company to manage this property ( not explained anywhere in my communications thru Expedia). I get that email a week later with a completely different number than what I was given. The unit has old worn out……

“Firstly, the photographs are highly misleading. They depict the property as part of a resort-style community, which is not the case. In reality, it is a rundown residential suburb. Upon my arrival, I retrieved my rental car and proceeded to the property. I was expecting to receive an email for virtual check-in, but it was never received. As I approached the community, the road was blocked by police due to a large brush fire that was rapidly spreading. The police were evacuating the area, and we……

“Enjoyed having the washer and dryer on the same floor as the bedrooms and bathrooms. Liked starting my morning with tea on the backyard patio, very peaceful! The onsite restaurant and pool area is very clean and convenient.Just a few suggestions, shower caddies and mats in the bathrooms. TVs, night stands in all bedrooms. ”

“Need a map to show the area and where the pool is located and maybe local restaurants. It was a great stay and nice safe area.”

“Si for those who are trying to book this home, the house is beautiful and very well kept, make sure to bring your own trash bags, napkins and toilet paper as they only provide very few , bring towels, on my stay we had a good time the only set back was maintenance, for example the 1st bathroom broke and I reported the issue but no one ever came , I paid extra for the heated pool , but upon arrival it was cold… my only recommendation is to Report Report Report , luckily was not charged for the……

“Clean house”

“Nice neighborhood! House was nice some things need to be updated. Pool was also nice it was a little cool when we were there so we did not use it. Also they charge you for the pool heater and you have to book it for your entire stay not just when you will use the pool. Place was clean. We did have an issue with the smell of gas when we used the stove. They sent the maintenance guy to look at it and he said it was fine. We would still smell gas’s if we used it so we stopped.”
