“The staff is so nice! If you’re traveling with kids this hotel is perfect. They offer child care services for a very reasonable fee. The only downside for me is the gym was outdoor and way too small, but I’d still come back to this hotel. The rooms are cozy and spacious. We enjoyed so much our stay here.”

“The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time.……

“The best thing about this hotel was the staff- very polite, helpful and friendly. I wish this was the standard around the world. A very big thank you to you all for looking after us. We stayed in the new part of the building- which unfortunately is still being built. The food is amazing- Breakfast lunch dinner à la carte- very delicious. Hot tub in some of the rooms/bathroom-did not try. Overall the hotel is in a very good location and deserves the 5*.”

“喜歡酒店位置非常棒方便，房間寬暢干净整潔，床上用品很舒服，但盖的被很薄，可我又不觉得冷。迷你式陽台好贊灯塔夜景和Venetian Harbour 就在眼前。前台服務員態度友善熱情，有問必答绐我更好建議，让我順利訂到去圣托尼里船票，推薦好餐廳讓我吃到喜歡的海鮮美食，早餐雖然是在樓下旁邊的餐廳，但很享受在Venetian Harbour用膳的這種感覺。有留言酒店需要到機場接機，司機很准時到達機場，當然自己另付費，工作人員也把我的行李拿到樓上，離開時拿下來，前台為我打電話召的士等等·⋯⋯非常感謝！印象很好，下次還會再來。”
