“酒店很新，服务很好，早餐丰富。可惜的是房间电源故障，严重影响睡眠。我们的航班晚点，半夜办理入住，本来期望好好睡一觉，结果走廊和卫生间的两个灯无论如何都关不上，拔了房卡关闭全部电源也没用，糟糕的是卫生间的墙是半透明的，房间很亮，拿了面巾纸当眼罩，勉强睡了三个小时，感觉不好，扣分。”

“The rooms are top notch - everything you need, super comfortable and clean, lovely bed linen, great shower and toiletries.
The lobby greeting guys and the shuttle staff are absolute gems - lugging our huge bags with a ready smile! And breakfast is amazing.

“The staff are very kind and helpful. My only suggestion is you use a local coffee roaster called Rockbern for the coffee you serve in your restaurants. They do a fantastic job and I think your guests would enjoy their coffee. Thank you for everything I had a wonderful stay.”

“Hotel confortável, com excelente café da manhã e atendimento. A piscina estava fechada para manutenção e isso não foi mencionado no ato da reserva... ficamos desapontados. Mas sugeriram que usássemos a piscina do Hyatt. O hotel é bem mau localizado, em uma área feia e perigosa. Não dá para sair a pé para passear. ”
