“If you’d like a 5 star experience, at least stay at the Ritz. This is a 3star hotel at most. The property has seen better days and needs to be updated and better maintained ( dirty scuffed elevators, chipped furniture, outdated rooms). Service was poor, barely any staff, valet never at his post. We checked out halfway thru our stay and booked another hotel. The only good thing was that they didn’t charge us for the rest of the stay, that was much appreciated.”
