“I stayed previously earlier this year and loved it besides an incident with trying to get a microwave to warm my food. I loved the hotel and dining options so much I decided to come back, but unfortunately dining fell short. Burnt toast, that you could clearly see was burned, and fish that was not “right”, the comped the items which was nice, but I came all the way to Austin to this hotel for my bday just to stay and have this one particular meal. It is a very nice hotel, love the aesthetic, but……

“Well done. Service feels very personalized. It has an intimate hotel feel. There are relaxing and quiet moments throughout the hallways and lobby sometimes. There’s a perfect amount of action and liveliness to the lobby when people want to lounge or attend the hotel bars or restaurants. I’ve stayed in almost every hotel in Austin. There was something special about this one and it’s hard to fully pinpoint but I felt so comfortable. A lake view balcony room is an absolute must here.”
