“I love the layout. However, I would’ve picked a different hotel based on the parking inconvenience. They don’t offer a space for you to unload your luggage and you had to drag it to the garage.”

“IMMACULATE. Do not hesitate on booking this one. This was seriously the greatest hotel experience I have had in my entire life. As a Chattanooga resident, I can honestly say that this is absolutely the best hotel to stay at for the perfect Chattanooga experience. The hotel room was so cozy a comfortable that I truly did not want to leave. The pool and courtyards were beautiful. The train cars and easy access to EVERYTHING at the Choo Choo made everything so easy and just had the coolest vibe……

The Hotel is 100+ years old but doesnt show the wear of the old historic look other building do. We will certainly be back.”

“Gabe was amazing! We had been going through it before getting to the hotel. It was a bad night. This experience was very different! Gabe was, by far, the most polite and helpful greeting we had witnessed. He was so kind and patient! He definitely made our stay much better!! He's a keeper!”

“The hotel location is excellent, two blocks or less from the river, Aquarium, Imax, children's museum and the baseball stadium. Plenty of food options within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. They also have a private parking lot, but costs $20/day. The only negative I have regarding the hotel is that road noise from Hwy 27 is noticeable. My complaint is regarding Expedia. We booked a one-room suite through Expedia. Upon reaching the hotel, we were told that Expedia……
