“Upon check in we were not provided any information on the hotel amenities. We did not know there was a restuarant, bar or spa. The next morning, room service delivered to the room next to us at 7:00 am and annouced they were at the door loudly waking us up. They then let the door slam shut when entering the room and leaving. My husband left with what appears to be flea bites - they allow dogs in this hotel. When he notified the front desk they just said "ok" they did not ask what room we……

“Staff is friendly and the location is great. I have stayed multiple times within the past year. This time my AC wasn't working in my room nor did the TV work. It was too late at night to call maintenance. The morning manager was kind, but offered nothing than to have it fixed before my next visit. Not sure if I'll return.”

“The property was a great location it allowed us to walk to most of our activities. The room was clean and the staff and services were great! My one complaint was I used Trivago/ Expedia for booking and the rate was quoted as all Taxes and Fees included!! Upon arrival I learned I had to pay $80 dollars in parking fees. I was not happy about that! The young Lady at check in said she would try and help with that and did not. There was plenty of vacant parking available and I feel ripped off. I……

“The midcentury modern decor of this boutique property is delightful and unique. The room was spacious and clean along with being well stocked. The bartender was very helpful in learning about the area and good company when the area was empty. ”

“My husband & I were pleasantly surprised with this friendly and helpful hotel. The staff was efficient and able to help with any questions we had. We arrived on the last day of Ironman, with bicycles taking precedence over people… it was all handled beautifully. We totally enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast menu, with a shoutout to Katie, who absolutely goes overboard to make sure everyone gets what they want! She is a gem!! Also, we spent time at the lobby bar after a day out… and Lindsey……

“Perfect place to stay for a two night stay. Small but efficient. A slight make up stain on the quilt was left behind so we gave a 4 instead of 5 of cleanliness.”

“Bar was well stocked, but they were under. Renovation and a lot of the construction material was stored in the parking lot. But they had accommodations for parking at other lots”
