“The good: The front desk staff was friendly! The bathroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Reasonably convenient location. The bad: The noise - soooo much noise!!! Seemed to be -0- soundproofing. Canned ambiance music at the front door played ALL night long. Guests were extremely loud (birthday party in the lobby???) singing songs, thinking they were starring in Chicago on Broadway. Overall the property felt tired and a bit run down; in fact the whole area outside the hotel……

“We liked the location as even the aquarium and river walk area was within walking distance (15-20 mins). Staff were nice. Pool was nice. Our room was okay. Our air conditioning didn't cool well and there was a large gap between the bottom of the door & floor. We did put a towel down to help keep out the air. To be fair, we did not report this to the office until checkout, as we didn't spend very much time in the room. Also there is a daily parking fee of $12”

“We had a standard, king bed, accessible room. It was fairly clean and very comfortable, and quiet. I use a cane and a walker. I was able to move around the room fine. It was a little snug for the walker. The bed, bedding, and pillows were comfy enough for a few good nights of sleep. There was no coffee maker in the room, but we could easily sign one out at the front desk. We didn’t use the microwave, but it was one of those standard hotel-type models. The minifridge had no freezer……
