“We left after two nights because this might be the worst hotel in which I have ever stayed. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. When reported to the front desk, we were met with indifference, so two days passed with a backed up sink. The shower was the smallest I have ever encountered - 20 inches by 20 inches (.5 meter x .5 meter). The lukewarm water dribbled out - barely, meaning that it was very difficult to rinse the soap off. The shower was so small that one had to stand in the……

“Très belle bâtisse avec un charme désuet. Dommage que notre chambre (mobilier, salle de bain etc) ai été aussi figée dans le temps avec mobilier ancien et disparate. Déjeuner sans plus et triste. Attention l'hôtel privatise la piscine et ses alentours pour des événements comme mariages etc donc accès très limités si vous voulez profiter des installations promises.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Zash. It's an excellent hotel. The restaurant has great dinner offerings and an amazing breakfast. The service was next level. Two things that were not problems for us but something you should generally be aware of is that the hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere. If you dont have a car, it might make things challenging. There is also a train right next to the property. It never really bothered us, but its there...and you will hear it. ”

“This is an oasis of quiet. An old farmhouse, beautifully appointed. They will make dinner and breakfast for you. There is a lovely restaurant-bar area. You can walk a little ways in the woods. There is a pool. It was a relief to spend two nights here away from the cities. The mt etna park is just 23km away. Perfect!”

“Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Pool und tollem Ausblick. Neben an wird gebaut, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Frühstück war gut, aber anstatt 10 verschiedener Kuchen hätte ich mich bei dem Niveau über mehr Brotauswahl gefreut. Es gab 2 verschiedene Sorten „Toastbrot“. Bin aber mehr als satt geworden. Die Lage ist im nirgendwo, aber mit dem Leihwagen ist man recht zugig bei den Highlights. Wer etwas Luxus und Ruhe haben will ist hier bestens……

“Ambiente des Hotels sehr schön, Zimmer in Ordnung, Bett klasse (groß und nicht zu weich), die Bäder in unseren beiden Zimmern sind wohl etwas in die Jahre gekommen). Und: wer lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil -> das Hotel liegt zwar tatsächlich direkt am Meer, aber keineswegs am Strand! Was wir auch nicht gefunden haben, war der angezeigte Wellnessbereich und den beschriebene Shuttle-Service gibt es lt. Auskunft der Rezeption auch nicht, leider. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nett anzusehen aber nicht……

“We had the top floor with balcony and a beautiful view of the beach!! Lots of stairs to climb 69 lol but worth it. Free parking just down the street. Lots of restaurants. The place was clean. We enjoyed it very much!!”

“This outstanding property is stretched over acres of beautiful countryside at the bottom of the Etna volcano. It is part of the Relais Châteaux collection, so you can expect 5 star service and amenities. Rooms and suites are spread across the property, in the middle of vineyards, lemon trees etc. The views are breathtaking, the staff is extremely helpful, nice and professional. A small downside is the under equipped gym which deserves an upgrade. I truly recommend this property weather as a……
