“The word “villa” and “view” do not accurately describe this booking. The photos ave different then the initial room we got, we only moved rooms once we brought it up. Then were switched to a room that did have a similar layout to the photos, but no view at all, and was attached to another unit via a paper thin door that didn’t even sit flush to the floor. There was mold on the shower curtains, and they did not remove the dirty towels; they were left on the floor in a corner. They did not provide toilet tissue, and the key had to be fixed twice during our stay. There is a lot of room for improvement. ”

The adventure experiences with Jorge were highlights of the trip—we did an ebike tour and learned how to eFoil on the river, neither of which we'd ever done before. “Nice pool - felt warm, cheerful pool bar staff. A little rowdy but fun. The walk to town is easily doable. Uber was reluctant to come to the hotel though. Really comfortable beds and nice shower. Parking was very easy. Huge, gated lot. Only complaint is there were brief power cuts 2-3 times a day. They lasted seconds but they made everything reset!”
