Property location was right on the beach which was perfect. Breakfast was plentiful, served to you, with a number of selections in addition to only 1 egg option which changed daily. Room was clean but dated. Kitchenette consisted of a small bar fridge and 2 cooking elements. A microwave would have been great. Bathroom amenities were minimal - a tiny piece of soap and an all purpose shampoo/shower gel. Better quality and more would have been nice. No issue with shower pressure. A little confused about the room cleaning schedule - not everything cleaned/ changed everyday. Nothing done on Sunday. Would have been nice just to have the garbages changed everyday and towels every other day. Gym is bare minimum - not worth paying extra money to stay here just to have access to it. No issue with getting umbrellas on the beach - no extra charge. Parking immediately by the hotel for around 8-10 vehicles - there is a private lot very close that the hotel can use, owned by one of the restaurants but it gets locked so accessing may be difficult when the restaurant is not open. For the price we paid, we would probably look elsewhere next time.

She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. I’d also like to recognize the incredible breakfast team. Their friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service is what transforms a great hotel into an unforgettable experience, and the team at Vertali did exactly that. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable. We will consider back again and create beautiful memories at Ventali.

The room was very clean & private and the pool and views were great.

The location is really great and the hotel is lovely. The staff are incredible- friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Did not like the smell of the water in the toilet. I imagine it has to do with the water being recycled (grey water) and for such an expensive hotel to not replenish water bottles daily was a surprise. Everything else was fantastic.
