Plenty of parking spaces. 2 minute walk to small popular sandy local beach. One taverna 2 minute walk, otherwise short drive to several other tavernas. A couple of shops and fuel station 5 minutes drive away. 50 minute drive to Chania, 1 hour 50 to Rhethymno. We would very happily stay here again. The beach near the Villa is beautiful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas (you have to pay for them)! We did drive to the beach which is about 1 mile away. The Villa is only a 15-20 minute drive to Chania. The pool was beautiful and clean. There are 12 apartments, and it was quiet and serene. We really enjoyed our stay which slept 6 people comfortably. Sandy was extraordinary and made sure we had what we needed. I would recommend bringing a small fan or two. The bedrooms were air-conditioned but not the main living area. We loved our stay.
