“Fantastic hotel-clean, comfortable, modern rooms in a quiet rural setting. Short 10 minute drive to town. The breakfast was incredible-farm fresh and delicious. We cannot say enough positive things about Quinta da Luz…except that our stay was too short.”

“This place is a perfect retreat for those who are looking for a quiet haven to rest their minds. The place is large, clean, and homey. It's about 25min to Albufeira Marina, where you can do your sightseeing of the coast of South Portugal. I wish I had more time here, but for now, see you later! Thanks Stacey and hubby ❤️”

“A group of 15 of us recently stayed for my friends hen party. Stacey has been amazing with communication before and during our stay. She did a big food shop for us - getting all of our drink/ snacks/ water etc. The morning breakfast each day was fab and her and her husband also did us an amazing BBQ round the pool one day. It’s great for a big group who want to be together but want to have the convenience of their own rooms with fridges etc too. It’s a little bit out of the main town but Ubers……

“Beautiful quiet place with caring hosts! Since there are only two rooms, the chance is good to have it completely on your own, ok besides the lovely purring cats and the Egg Suppliers 😀 Gabriela and Håkon live their dream. Gabriela makes lovely marmalade, Yoghurt and Granola, Håkon baked very yummy bread and Pizza, and both love good food and wine. We will definitely want to come back! Domenico & Gabi ”

“Right off the main tourist walk but not so close as to be too noisy at night. The space is small, about the size of a dorm room, but it was clean, had it’s own bathroom and shower and very convenient. There were one or two nights where an AC would have been nice but generally it cooled down pretty fast after sunset.”
