We complained that the TV would also not play for more than a few minutes because the connection was bad. There was also hair on the shower wall when we arrived and the nightstand was falling over"

"This is a lovely property with (frankly) an amazingly beautiful PARKING LOT! I was in awe of the beautiful Ponderosa Pines left standing majestically throughout the lot! The property itself has many amenities (pools, hot tub, s’mores fire, private beaches) that made our stay unique and memorable. Thankfully the front desk staffer put us on the 12th floor with beautiful views and relatively quiet surroundings for the number of small families around. There were several places to buy snacks, buy souvenirs or gifts, and eat any meal of the day. "
