Very Disappointing Experience Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We booked a specific suite for 2 nights (2 adults and 2 teenagers) in advance, but when we arrived, we were told that the suite we had reserved was not available due to the AC having a leak. Instead, we were placed in 2 different suites without being given any notice ahead of time. To make matters worse, the replacement rooms had an AC leak as well, and the carpet was wet. This was completely unacceptable, especially after we had driven all the way from Austin, Texas and were expecting to arrive and have the room we had paid and planned for. We booked in advanced because our son competed at the Junior Olympics and all hotels were completely booked. We should have been notified about the room change and the condition of the replacement room before making such a long trip. After driving 13 hours, the last thing we expected was to arrive at a hotel and find that our reserved room was unavailable and that the rooms we were given had a water leak as well. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I hope management takes this seriously and improves communication with guests and the inspection and maintenance of rooms before assigning them to customers.
