“Jolita was absolutely amazingly accommodating to us- when we arrived we could see the place just would not work for us. It seemed very clean, just smaller than what we wanted, and there is a tenant in a downstairs apartment. She allowed us a partial refund. It is near some beautiful parks.”

“Excelente place, very clean and organized inside, it could improve the external area and the identification (street name and number) thr maps was very clear and easy to find but I wad not expecting the gate to have that wood look and the small number in the electrical box. Other than that I would recomend this place to everyone. One more time, the cleanliness was perfect”

“This was a perfect set up for our group of 6 attending a concert in Ames. The unit was clean and had everything we needed including plenty of space and only 15 minutes from the stadium. I also appreciated the extra touches like the welcome basket and to go coffee cups. Would highly recommend this place!”
