“Biggest issue we had was housekeeping staff stole one of our EarPods they swapped it out for one that was working, which was ours and left their broken one inside the case. We did not discover this till we were back in the US. We tried to rectify this problem with the establishment. There was no one that would help us the head of housekeeping was not responding to me to handle this situation .We only had our room clean three times. We are sure that the housekeeper took it on the day Sunday. We……

Ese mismo día le escribí al manager en turno PM con la incomodidad y su respuesta fue que no trabajaba con las reservaciones. Aunque en la mañana, Gabriela fue muy amable lo único que quedaba era una habitación de una cama Full. “The staff were welcoming and professional. The room was clean with a nice view. The hotel has an easy access to El Poblado. The only small issue we noticed was that the pool/jacuzi area did not appear as clean as the rest of the property, With a bit more attention to the pool maintenance, the experience would be absolutely perfect.”

“This beautiful historical hotel was a gem of a find. It’s in the center of Mayaguez and Danny as the front desk man is so knowledgeable, engaging and pleasant ! He deserves a pay raise. The hotel is comfortable, efficient, modern in the right ways while keeping its historic qualities. There are plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment options from the cathedral to theater to some of the best seafood of our trip at Gonzalez’ And the price is right. Only thing missing is a pool but……
