"Excellent! Our stay was very relaxing. This beachfront property was very peaceful which was surprising being so close to local attractions (mini golf right beside us too!). Breakfast is free and our order was delivered at the time we requested each morning. If I had to find something to improve, I'd say things could be updated... but nothing was in need of repair. Even the lines in the parking lot were made of difficult color pavers. 10/10 would stay here again!"

"This is our favorite place to stay in St Augustine Beach. It's clean, the staff are great (shout out to Vanessa) and the free breakfast is genuinely good. My only complaint is the newly rebuilt walkway to the beach has steps instead of a ramp which makes our beach cart kind of useless. But there's street access just a very short walk beside the rear parking lot. We will be back again. "

"The hotel is slightly dated but impeccably clean. Everything in my room worked! The A/C worked well and quietly. The staff was hard working and very friendly. I also felt safe staying here with no 'characters' hanging around at all hours of the night. The parking area is well lit with security cameras evident. The area around the hotel is very walkable and there are multiple, good restaurants within minutes. You can also walk across the parking area to the Winn Dixie or a little further to...

"Location was great, about midpoint of the main drive, plenty of food options within a few minute walk either direction. Beach access very easy and close. Fresh renovation on the property, no complaints. "

"A classic old Florida motel on the water. Convenient to the historic district and amphitheater. Feels like you are in the islands although still close to home. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is older so the bathrooms are small for two to share. "
