“The staff were so friendly, and the location was perfect as well, only 10 mins walk to the lakeside. But the pity thing is they dont privde breakfast ”

“Unfortunately there are few options in downtown Kenosha for staying overnight. You can stay here where they have made some upgrades but have done shoddy work. The drywall work is touch and patchy, the towel hangers come off the wall. Or you can stay at the Stella where the mattresses are like stone. The staff is great. But management and maintenance should step it up with their contractors on their upgrades. Or reduce the rates to meet expectation. ”

“They’re under construction but everything was a mess out front and in the lobby. Boards with nails lying by the entrance. Dust everywhere. Bathroom was dirty. We found an item from the last guest on the floor. I usually have wonderful experiences at Country Inns. Skip this one. ”

“The hotel is really clean. The rooms are nice. The staff are all awesome. Kiarra on 1st shift is very kind and amazing with kids. Jo on 2nd shift is so nice and will make sure you have everything you need. 3rd shift is really nice as well. No complaints at all. ”

“Everything was wonderful except the walls are super thin. You can easily hear children run up and down the hall, and if anyone raises their voice you can hear that as well. ”
